You can register in advance on the online registration page, and if the limit has not been reached, you can register on the spot.

You have to be registered on the online registration page. The site can be used with an existing BSI registration.

Yes, registration is required before enrollment. Please enter your real data, which will be in the result list and in the diploma.

If you have a gmail address, you can add it supplementing  to someone else. At a glance, this will be a unique email address, but emails  will be sent to your original mailbox. Eg: myaddress@gmail.com – has to be transformed into myaddress+kids@gmail.com. You can type anything after the “+” sign to create an infinite number of email addresses. Emails will  be sent to myaddress@gmail.com.

If you don’t have a gmail address, create one for your child.

On the online registration page you can pay by credit card or SZÉP card at the end by clicking on „pay” button.

If you have a balance, it will be automatically deducted from your entry fee, you only have to pay the difference if you have one. To finalise your entry, you must click on “Pay” even if the system shows 0Ft.

• if you pay by credit card: we will invoice you for the entry fee paid when the event is confirmed and any funds previously blocked in your bank account will be deducted from your card. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering.
  – The amount transferred is considered a deposit.
  – The deposit cannot be considered as part of the net sales consideration. It is a security deposit. If the event does not take place, the buyer will get the amount back. If the event does take –place, the amount will be offset and an invoice will be issued. The amount transferred is therefore used to secure the claim.
• if you pay by SZÉP card: an invoice will be issued automatically for the entry fee paid. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering.
  – When you register on site, you can request an invoice at the designated tent after payment.
  – The billing address can be entered during the registration process and cannot be changed afterwards.

If the limit has not been reached yet, yes. Credit cards are not accepted at the event.

You can only enter for each race on the beach where the race starts:

5.2 km swimming and SUP – Révfülöp, football field

2.6 km swimming – Balatonboglár, Platán Strand (plage)

Yes. Your entry is valid for all dates, so if you can attend on any rainy day, you have nothing to do after entry.

Yes, you can resign until July 13th. In this case, the paid  entry fee and the price of any purchased products will be refunded to the credit card the payment was done with.

You can resign on the online entry page by clicking the “Resign” button next to the event in the “Entries” menu.

Yes, you can withdraw until midnight on 17 July. At that time, the entry fee paid and the price of any products purchased will be refunded to the credit card from which the payment was received. If you paid from a balance, the amount will be returned to your balance.
You can withdraw from the online entry interface by clicking on the “Withdraw” button next to the event in the “Entries” menu

Upon withdrawal, the paid registration fee and the price of any purchased products will be refunded to the credit card the payment was done with.

You can resign on the online entry page by clicking the “Resign” button next to the event in the “Entries” menu.

Yes, you can buy an event’s T-shirt in the “Products” menu on the online registration page for 2 weeks after the event. The product will be delivered by GLS.

In Révfülöp, we will set up car parks for the participants in several places. Their exact locations will be updated in the event information no later than the week of the event.

There are no large car parks in Balatonboglár around Platán beach, we ask those coming here to park keep the traffic rules and don’t disturbe the residents. We recommend the use of car parks further off the beach.

If you have registered in advance, please bring the confirmation PRINTED with you. The printed confirmation is needed because we stick the armband barcode on it. Look for tents labeled “PREREGISTERED” at the race center, here you will get the armband.

If you enter on the spot, take your completed entry form and go to the race center to  tents labeled “REGISTRATION ON THE SPOT”, here you can pay the entry fee (no credit card payment available), then you will receive the armband.

No, that’s not possible.

Yes, there is a cloakroom on both the north and south shores. It is possible to send a package from Révfülöp to Balatonboglár, so towels and dry clothes can wait for you at the finish. It is not possible to send a package from Boglár to Révfülöp.

BAHART ships are available from the port of Boglár from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Participants can use the boats free of charge once (either in the morning to the start or back to the finish).

The boats taking the swimmers to the start will be between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM and can be boarded with a ticket received at the port.

Familes, friends, support team etc. can buy  tickets for the boats at BAHART ticket offices.

There are sailboats approx. every 50 meters on the right side of the track, feel free to climb on them and relax. If you can’t continue swimming the crews of the sailboats will help you to get ashore with a lifeboat.

No, there are sailboats approx. every 50 meters on the right side of the track, and kayakers and lifeguards on the left are also watching the swimmers, signaling if you are going in the wrong direction. The finish gate is already visible from the start, looking up sometimes while swimming is enough to keep the direction.

After the last swimmer, a lifeboat passes. At the end of the sub-time limit given in the event information, the swimmwers not reaching the specified points are picked up and transported to the shore.

BAHART ships leave from the port of Boglár from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Participants can use the boats free of charge once (either in the morning to the start or back to the finish).

Swimmers arriving at the finish line can board the boat until 4:30 PM, presenting the timing wristband they received at the start or the event’s T-shirt they received at the finish line.
